Consequences of absence on leave of Chairman of Subjects Committee.— 1[Subject to rules made by the State Government in this behalf, the Chairman] of a Subjects Committee who for a period exceeding thirty days in the aggregate in a year absents himself from 2[duty] shall cease to be the Chairman of that Subjects Committee unless leave so to absent himself has been granted under section 85.
