Leave of absence of Chairman of Subjects Committee and consequential provisions.— (1) The Chairman of Subjects Committee may remain absent for a period not exceeding thirty days in a year without permission, and he may be granted leave of absence for a period exceeding thirty days but not exceeding ninety days in a year in the aggregate by the Standing Committee, and for any period exceeding ninety days by the State Government but no leave exceeding one hundred and eighty days in any one year shall be granted.
