Repeal.— Subject to the provisions of section 288, the Bombay Local Boards Act, 1923 (Bom. VI of 1923), the Central Provinces and Berar Local Government Act, 1948 (C. P. and Berar Act XXXVIII of 1948), and the Hyderabad District Board Act, 1955 (Hyd.
