Provisions of public stands.— (1) A Zilla Parishad may construct or provide and maintain halting places and cart stands, and may levy rents and fees for the use of the same. (2) A statement in Marathi language of any rents and fees prescribed by bye-laws made by the Zilla Parished for the use of any such place shall be put in a conspicuous part thereof.
