Amended by Mah. 46 of 1969 1 Section 15 of Mah. 22 of 1962 reads as under :— “15. Amendment to take effect from date of passing of principal Act.— The amendments made to the principal Act by the provisions aforesaid (except section 13) shall be deemed to have been made in the principal Act on the date on which that Act was passed and shall be deemed to have come into force on the date on which the principal Act, came into force.”. 2 Maharashtra Ordinance No. V of 1964 was repealed by Mah. 43 of 1964, s. 26. 3 Maharashtra Ordinance No. V of 1965 was repealed by Mah. 50 of 1965, s. 5. 4 Maharashtra Ordinance No. III of 1966 was repealed by Mah. 25 of 1966, s. 3. 5 Maharashtra Ordinance No. III of 1967 was repealed by Mah. 7 of 1967, s. 12. 6 Maharashtra Ordinance No. II of 1968 was repealed by Mah. 21 of 1968, s. 18. 7 Maharashtra Ordinance No. II of 1969 was repealed by Mah. 15 of 1969, s. 14. 8 Maharashtra Ordinance No. VIII of 1969 was repealed by Mah. 34 of 1969, s. 2.
