Procedure to be followed in claiming right to levy fees.— Any person claiming a right to levy fees of the nature specified in clause (g) of section 157 shall first apply to such officer as the Zilla Parishad may appoint in this behalf, who may grant him a certificate recognising his right in this behalf and on such certificate being submitted to a Zilla Parishad it shall, in granting him licence under sub-section (2) of section 205 allow the licencee to levy such fees. 1 Now see Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1963 (Mah.
