Application of Chapter.— The provisions of this Chapter apply to those areas of the State to which this Act extends except that— (a) the provisions of sections 144 to 150 (both inclusive) apply only to the Bombay area of the State; (b) the provisions of section 151 3* * * * apply only to the Vidarbha area of the State; and (c) the provisions of section 152 4* * * * apply only to the Hyderabad area of the State.
