V] The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat 85 Samitis Act, 1961 in relation to any Panchayat Samiti, the block grant at the disposal thereof shall, subject to any order made by the State Government, be liable for and be charged with all costs, in respect of any such contract or agreement and all such expenses.
