The following shall be the officers of the University, namely :- ( 1 ) The Vice-Chancellor; 1 [( 1A ) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor;] ( 2 ) The Directors; 2 [( 2A ) The Controller of Examinations;] ( 3 ) The Registrars; ( 4 ) The Finance Officers; and ( 5 ) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
