( 1 ) Every employee of the University shall be appointed under a written contract and such contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances. ( 2 ) The contract referred to in sub-section ( 1 ) shall be lodged with the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
