( 1 ) The Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Ordinance, 1969 (Mah. Ord. VI of 1969), is hereby repealed. ( 2 ) Anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
