( 1 ) The State Government or any officer empowered by it may, by notification in the Official Gazette , authorise in any local area any person to advance loans to debtors who are parties to any proceedings under this Act. ( 2 ) The authority granted under sub-section ( 1 ) shall be subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
