( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra (Vidarbha Region) Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1969. ( 2 ) It extends to the Vidarbha region of the State of Maharashtra. ( 3 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th day of March 1969.
