( 1 ) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely :- ( a ) Managing Director of the Corporation Chairman (b) Executive Director of the Corporation Member ( c ) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Nagpur. Member ( d ) Chief Engineer (Gosikhurd), Irrigation Department, Nagpur. Member ( e ) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation. Member ( f ) Superintending Engineer of the Corporation. Member-Secretary. ( 2 ) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
