No suit, prosecution or other legal proceding shall lie against the State Govern- ment or the Competent Authority or any officer or servant (including members of the Police) acting under the orders of such Authority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or orders made thereunder.
