( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Underground Pipelines and Underground Ducts (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018. ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. ( 3 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th May 2018.
