( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Unauthorized Institutions and Unauthorized Courses of Study in Agriculture, Animal and Fishery Sciences, Health Sciences, Higher, Technical and Vocational Education (Prohibition) Act, 2013. ( 2 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th July 2013.
