Save as provided in sub-section ( 2 ) of section 46, the provisions of sub-section ( 4 ) to ( 15 ) of section 43, section 44 and sub-sections ( 2 ), ( 3 ), ( 4 ) and ( 5 ) of section 45 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the transfer of ownership of land under section 46.
