The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , direct that the provisions of sections 22 and 23 shall apply,- ( a ) to the dwelling houses or sites thereof occupied by agricultural labourers and artisans; or (b) to the lands held on lease by person, carrying on an allied pursuit for the purpose of such pursuit, in any particular area specified in the notification.
