It shall be the duty of the Tribunal- ( a ) to determine the value of the site of a dwelling house under section 17; 1 [ (b) to determine the purchase price of land under section 32G, 63A or 64; ( c ) to decide any dispute under sections 32 to 32R (both inclusive);] 2 [( cc ) to dispose of land under section 32P]; ( d ) to perform such other functions in carrying out the provisions of this Act, as may be prescribed or as may be directed by the 3 [State] Government.
