Save as expressly provided in this Act or as provided in the Bombay Co-operative Societies Act, 1925 (Bom. VII of 1925), or the 1 Bombay Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1947 (Bom. XXVIII of 1947) for the recovery of loans permitted under section 27, any interest in the land held by him as a tenant shall not be liable to be attached, seized or sold in execution of a decree or order of a Civil Court.
