Notwithstanding anything contained in section 123 of the 1 Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879 (Bom. V of 1879), the responsibility for the maintenance and good repair of the boundary marks of the land held by the tenant and any charges reasonably incurred on account of service by revenue officers in case of alternation, removal or disrepair of such boundary marks shall be upon the tenant.
