The following shall be the officers of the University, namely :- ( 1 ) the Vice-Chancellor; ( 2 ) the Registrar; ( 3 ) the Head of Skill Departments; ( 4 ) the Finance and Accounts Officer ; ( 5 ) the Director of Assessment and Evaluation ; ( 6 ) the Director of Innovation, Incubation and Enterprise; ( 7 ) the Director of Counselling and Placement ; and ( 8 ) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
