( 1 ) The appointment of the members of the Security Force shall be made by the Managing Director, in the manner as may be prescribed : Provided that, the Managing Director, by an order as specified in this behalf, may authorise any other supervisory officer to exercise such power of the appointment under this section. ( 2 ) All members of the Corporation shall be employees of the Corporation, either on deputation from the Central Government or the State Government or on contract.
