( 1 ) The members of the Security Force, so appointed under this Act, shall be deemed to be Special Police Officers within the meaning of section 21 of the 1 Bombay Police Act, 1951 (Bom. XXII of 1951). ( 2 ) Every member of the Security Force shall have power to use allotted weapons as may be required for the discharge of his duties.
