( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra State Public Services [Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes ( Vimukta Jatis ), Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Category and Other Backward Classes] Act, 2001.
