The State Government shall cause the annual report, alongwith a memorandum of action taken on the advice or recommendations tendered by the Commission under section 9 and the reasons for the non-acceptance, if any, of any such advice recommendations and the audit report to be laid, as soon as may be, after it is received, before each House of the State Legislature.
