( 1 ) The Board may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and servants, as it considers necessary, for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act. ( 2 ) The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants appointed under sub-section ( 1 ), shall be such as may be determined by the Board by regulations.
