( 1 ) The Board may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act. ( 2 ) The salaries, allowances and other conditions of services of the officers and servants appointed under sub-section ( 1 ), shall be such as may be determined by the regulations.
