The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 (Bom. XXIX of 1950), the Official Trustees Act, 1913 (II of 1913) or any other law for the time being in force, or in any Scheme of management framed thereunder, or in any judgement, decree or order of any Court, Tribunal, Charity Commissioner or other competent authority or in any custom or usage.
