( 1 ) There shall be paid from the Management Fund to each member such honorarium, fees and allowances as the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or as the case may be, member of the Committee, as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time. ( 2 ) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, a member shall not be disqualified for being chosen as, or for being a member of the State Legislature or a Local Authority, merely by reason of the fact that he is a member of the Committee or that he receives any honorarium, fees or allowances under this section.
