15. Terms and conditions of service of 1 [Chief Executive Officer] and other officers and employees.- ( 1 ) 2 [The Chief Executive Officer] of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time. ( 2 ) Other officers and employees of the Committee shall be appointed on such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by regulations. ( 3 ) The salary and allowances and other expenses of 3 [the Chief Executive Officer] and other officers and employees of the Committee shall be paid out of the Management Fund.
