( 1 ) This Act may be called the 1 [Maharashtra Shilotri Rights (Kolaba) Abolition Act.] ( 2 ) It extends to the district of Kolaba in the State of Bombay. ( 3 ) It shall come into force on such date 2 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , appoint in this behalf.
