1 3. Establishment of State and Divisional Boards.- ( 1 ) The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for the whole State by the name of "the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary 2 [and Higher Secondary] Education". ( 2 ) The State Government shall likewise, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for each of the 3 [* *] Divisions under such name as may be specified in the notification.
