( 1 ) The Maharashtra Sale of Trees by Occupants belonging to Scheduled Tribes (Regulation) Ordinance, 1969 (Mah. Ord. V of 1969) is hereby repealed. ( 2 ) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any rules made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
