( 1 ) Every Regional Board, Planning Authority and Development Authority shall furnish to the State Government such reports, returns and other information as the State Government may from time to time require. ( 2 ) Every local authority shall furnish to a Regional Board, Planning Authority or Development Authority (within the limits of which that local authority is functioning) such report, returns and other information as the Board or Authority may require.
