Section 41

Power of Labour Court to impose higher punishment.

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 32 of the 1 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), it shall be lawful for any Labour Court to pass any sentence authorised under this Act in excess of its powers under section 32 of the said Code.
