A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the university, if he,- ( a ) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or (b) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; or ( c ) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or ( d ) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practices in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
