The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely:- ( a ) the Governing Body; (b) the Board of Management; ( c ) the Academic Council; ( d ) the Board of Examinations; and ( e ) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university.
