( 1 ) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be the principal finance, accounts and audit officer of the university. ( 2 ) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the President in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed by the Statutes. ( 3 ) The Chief Finance and Accounts officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
