(1) In the Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2023, entry 8 relating to the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune shall be deleted. (2) Notwithstanding the deletion of the said entry, the said university shall be deemed to have been established under this Act for the object for which it was constituted under the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University Act, 2017 ; and the provisions of this Act shall be applicable to such university.
