A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the university, if he, — (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or (ii) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; or (iii) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practices in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
