( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra 1 [Prevention of Dangerous Activities] Act, 1981. ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. ( 3 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11 th June, 1981.
