( 1 ) The Maharashtra Prevention of Communal, Anti-social and other Dangerous Activities Ordinance 1980 (Mah. Ord. VII of 1980) is hereby repealed. ( 2 ) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any order made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
