Nothing in this Act shall be constructed to prevent any person form being prosecuted and punished under any other enactment for any offence made punishable by this Act or from being prosecuted and punished under this Act for an offence punishable under any other enactment : Provided that, all such cases shall be subject to the provisions of section 403 of the 1 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898).
