( 1 ) There shall be paid to the President, the Vice-President and other members, such allowances for attendance at meetings and such reasonable travelling and other allowances, as may be prescribed. ( 2 ) No member shall be entitled to any payment from the Council other than the payment as specified under sub-section ( 1 ).
