1 [ 25. Resignation of members, Co-Chairman and Chairman.- ( 1 ) Any member appointed by the State Government may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman. ( 2 ) The Co-Chairman and the Chairman may resign his office by giving similar notice to the State Government. ( 3 ) The notice shall be delivered in the prescribed manner.
