A person shall be disqualified from being appointed as or for continuing as a member- ( a ) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; (b) if he is an undischarged insolvent ; ( c ) if he is a minor; ( d ) if he holds any office of profit under the Committee ; ( e ) if he has directly or indirectly by himself or by his partner any share or interest in any work done by order of the Committee, or in any contract with, by or on behalf of, the Committee ; ( f ) if he is acting as a legal practitioner for or against the Committee ; ( g ) if he is convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude ; ( h ) if he does not profess the Hindu religion.
