- S. 1This Act may be called the Maharashtra Official Languages (Amendment) Act, 2021
- S. 2Section 2 amends the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 2021 to define new terms related to Marathi language committees and officers.

- S. 5ESection 5E empowers the District Marathi Language Committee to oversee and enforce Marathi language use in state offices, resolve grievances, and report annually.
- S. 5FSection mandates State Government offices to publicly announce use of Marathi in official communications on their accessible platforms.
- S. 5GSection 5G mandates heads of government offices to implement the Act, comply with language committees' directives, and provide necessary facilities.
- S. 5HThe section allows the State Government to issue necessary directions for implementing the Act and its rules.
