The following shall be the Authorities of the university :- ( i ) the General Council ; ( ii ) the Executive Council ; ( iii ) the Academic Council ; 1 [( iv ) the Finance Committee ; ( iv-a ) the Planning Board ; ( iv-b ) the Building Committee; and] ( v ) such other authorities as may be declared as such by the regulations.
